Ravine Project
This project is being done in partnership with City of Glenwood, Pope County SWCD, and Minnesota DNR. The objective is to slow down water run-off and help filter out sediment to make water flowing into the lake cleaner.

Two rock checks or dams located up stream will pool water to slow down and filter sediment. A final rock check located around a cement structure will also filter sediment and stabilize the landscape around the drain. A cement drain structure will be placed to help keep the ground from washing away as the water pools before flowing down to the lake.
